Frequently asked questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Afterpay.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled and undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Approved returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on items that have been fitted, used, or are not in original condition.
Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us and we’ll make it right.
All returns must be approved before being sent back — please contact us to arrange the process.
What warranty do your items have?
All Ironclad Engineering products come with a minimum 12-month replacement warranty. Items supplied by third-party manufacturers are covered by the respective supplier's warranty terms and duration.
Who do you ship with?
We primarily use Australia Post to post all domestic orders. Oversize items will be shipped via courier service. International orders are shipped via Australia Post's third-party couriers.
Do you offer international shipping
Yes! We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us and we can manually arrange freight for you.
