RETURN POLICY

Our returns policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind:


We do not accept returns for custom-made or made-to-order items. For standard items, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved prior to return.

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging in as new condition. A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.

Faulty or Damaged Items:


If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing: Sales@ironcladengineering.com.au with the following: 

  • Description of the damage or defect.
     

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

Items will be assessed upon return, and where applicable, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

For products not manufactured by Ironclad Engineering, the item may need to be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty assessment.
