At Ironclad Engineering, we stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship.

All products are covered by the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be faulty, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
 

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification

• Damage resulting from accidents, neglect, or improper handling

• Use of the product outside its intended purpose

Third-Party Products

For products not manufactured by Ironclad Engineering, warranty claims may be subject to the original manufacturer’s terms and conditions. In such cases, items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment.
