Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once orders are dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

Returns & Warranty

All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are subject to our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy. Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
